Book Name:Sadqa Ki Baharain Ma Afzal Sadqat
It is stated in a blessed Hadith, اِنَّ الدَّالَّ عَلَی الْخَیْرِ کَفَاعِلِہٖ i.e. ‘Indeed, the one who shows the way to good, is like the one who performs the good deed.’[1]
The renowned Quranic commentator, Hakeem-ul-Ummat, Mufti Ahmad Yar Khan رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه states: The one who performs a good deed, the one who makes him do it, the one who informs others of it, and the one who advises others towards it, are all worthy of reward. [2]

Sunnahs and etiquettes of Adhan
Dear Islamic brothers! We will now have the honour of listening to some Madani pearls of knowledge regarding Adhan. Let us listen to two sayings of the beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم first:
1. He صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said: ‘The one who calls the Adhan in order to gain reward is like a martyr who is covered in blood, and when he dies, insects will not invade his body in the grave.’[3]
2. He صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم also said: “I went to Paradise, where I saw a dome of pearls whose soil is Musk. I asked, ‘O Jibrail! Who is this for?’ He replied, ‘For the Muazzins and Imams of your Ummah.’”[4]
The beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم gave the Azan once during a journey, and he صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said the following words when mentioning the testimony of faith: اَشْھَدْاَنّیِ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰہ (i.e. I bear witness that I am the Messenger of Allah).[5]
