صَلُّوْا عَلَی الْحَبیب!                                                                        صَلَّی اللہُ عَلٰی مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic brothers! اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه, thousands of devotees of the Prophet have the honour of financially supporting the religious works of Dawat-e-Islami in various ways. It is possible that the thought will arise in our minds, as to how we can also contribute our share towards the religious works of Dawat-e-Islami.

Let me mention a very easy way to you, that even the poorest of people can contribute their share towards Dawat-e-Islami, and that is to provide financial support through the Donation Boxes Department.

The department of Dawat-e-Islami known as the Donation Boxes Department has made arrangements for a charity box. Alongside placing this donation box in shops, factories, markets, shopping malls, medical stores, offices, etc., they can also be placed in homes, so that we can place something in the box daily, in accordance to our means. With good intentions, shopkeepers should make individual effort on their customers by encouraging them and informing them of the virtues of giving in the way of Allah Almighty, so that they also contribute.

It is a suggestion that we fix a daily amount, even if it is 10 pence, and place that amount into the box every day, and then hand in the collected amount in accordance to the method stipulated by the Donation Boxes Department. The box which is placed in shops, etc., is known as ‘a donation box,’ and the one which is placed in homes is called ‘Sadaqah box for the home.’
