usually consists of 3 to 5 members, and its responsibilities include creating schedules of Qaari, Na’t reciters, and preachers; preparing the notes of recitation, Na’t, and Bayan and informing the respective responsible person at least seven days before; assigning the scouts at the Ijtima’ places, especially at the entrances in view of the security; ensuring suitable arrangements for the speaker, lights, generator, and UPS; managing water in the Wudu area and toilets; taking care of the cleanliness at the Ijtima’ place and in Masjid; spreading the mats and unfolding them at the end of the Itjima’; making sure that the parking is available for the cars of those Islamic brothers who come to attend the Itjima’; assigning the space to each Bastah [stall], in fact erecting a panaflex banner or a board, etc. May Allah bestow more success to the ‘Department of Weekly Ijtima’!

Weekly Ijtima

Dear Islamic brothers! Alongside giving Sadaqah in the way of Allah Almighty, in order to adopt good habits and to rid yourself from evil traits, attach yourself to the religious environment of Dawat-e-Islami to spread the call to righteousness, and take part in the 12 religious works. One religious work from the 12 religious works is the ‘Weekly Ijtima’.

The Du’as which are made in the Ijtima will definitely be accepted, as recitation of the Holy Qur’an, Na’at of the beloved Messenger, a Sunnah-inspired bayan, Zikr of Allah Almighty, heartfelt Du’as and Salat-o-Salaam take place in them. The lives of the Noble Prophets عَـلَـيْـهِمُ الـصَّلٰوةُ وَالـسَّـلَام, blessed companions رَضِیَ الـلّٰـهُ عَنْهُم and pious saints رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـهُ   are also mentioned.
