1. Act of Satan

Congregation of Milad is (in fact) the blessed remembrance [Zikr] of the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, and the remembrance [Zikr] of Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is a kind of the Zikr of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ; and forbidding from the Zikr of Allah without a Shar’i reason is the act of Satan. (Fatawa Razawiyyah, vol. 14, pp. 668)

Moreover, its publicity and celebration will be duly performed among a large gathering. Therefore, one shall gather as many people as he can, and make them listen the narrations of the blessed birth.
