Book Name:Shehr e Mohabbat
In MuꜤjam al-Awsaṭ, there is a Hadith in which the final Prophet of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said:
اَلْمَدِیْنَۃُ دَارُ الْاِیْمَان
Madinah is the Abode of Faith.[1]
سُـبْحٰـنَ الـلّٰــه ! Dear Islamic brothers, just look at how much love our Merciful Lord has for the Beloved City — Madinah Munawwarah:
* It was Allah Almighty who chose Madinah as the place for His beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم to reside in, and the place chosen for the beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is always the best and most honoured place.
* Madinah was also honoured in previous heavenly books — even there, it was mentioned with goodness.
* And in the final book, the holy Quran, it was mentioned in unique and beautiful ways. At times it is called اَرْضُ اللہ, at times Dār al-Hijrah دارُ الہِجْرَت, and at times Dār al-Īmān دَارُ الْاِیمَان.
This shows that just as Allah Almighty has unparalleled love for the final Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم He also has immense love for the sacred city of His beloved.
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Dear Islamic brothers! اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه! Madinah Munawwarah is the beloved city of Allah Almighty, and along with that, the angels also love Madinah.
