Dear Islamic brothers! Something we learn from the faith-refreshing account of the righteous young man that we heard is that it is permissible to go to the grave of a deceased person. Another important point we learn is that if the passion of modesty remains alive within a person, then he can remain protected from all types of sins. Thus, we heard that the young man first fell prey to the trap of Satan, but as soon as he recalled the verse of the Quran and remembered that this is such an action that will displease my Creator and Master, he fell unconscious out of shame, regret and fear of Allah Almighty, because modesty is to leave everything that is disliked by Allah Almighty and the people.

Dear Islamic brothers! There is no doubt in the fact that modesty is a strong fortress that protects one from disgrace and humiliation, and when a person exceeds the boundaries of modesty, he continues to sink into the depths of shamelessness and immodesty.

A person also has many other habits and qualities, but modesty is such an attribute that if this quality is removed from a person’s speech, conduct, habits, and character, then many other virtuous qualities and good habits are affected also. The importance of many other attributes is lost when modesty ends, and such a person falls in the sight of people too.

Remember! Many qualities are found in animals also, but modesty is an attribute that is only found in humans. Modesty distinguishes humans from animals. If a person loses his modesty, then no special distinction remains between him and an animal. This is the reason why Islam places great emphasis on adopting modesty. Let us listen to three blessed Hadith regarding the importance of modesty:
