Prohibition of solitude with a non-Mahram
The merciful Prophet of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated: ‘whoever believes in Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ and the hereafter should certainly not adopt solitude with such a non-Mahram woman who is not accompanied by a Mahram man because in such a case, Satan is the third one between them. (Musnad Imam Ahmad, vol. 5, p. 101, Hadith 14657)

Dear Islamic brothers! One way of developing modesty within ourselves is to listen to the parables of modesty of the pious predecessors and inflame the passion of action within ourselves. Let us listen to some parables regarding this:
The modesty of the modest Usman
Sayyiduna Hasan رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه relates the severity of Sayyiduna Usman’s modesty. He رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه says, ‘If he was in a closed room and the door was locked as well, he still would not remove his clothes to have a bath, and he would not straighten his back out of modesty.’ (Musnad Imam Ahmad, vol. 1, p. 160, Hadith 543)
Dear Islamic brothers! Ponder! On one hand is Sayyiduna Usman-e-Ghaniرَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ who would observe modesty even in privacy, and on the other hand, there are a large group of people who strive to flee the boundaries of shame and modesty even in front of everyone, never mind in privacy. Sometimes by wearing short and thin clothes, sometimes by arranging free mixing parties of men and women at wedding functions, and sometimes we destroy modesty by filling our eyes with Haraam. May Allah Almighty bless us with modesty for the sake of Sayyiduna Usman-e-Ghani رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ!

Pleasure of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ more beloved than the eyes
O devotees of Awliya! The famous saint of his time, Sayyiduna Yunus Bin
