by abstaining from these places as much as possible too.

*If we want our family members to speak with good manners avoiding the cheap street language, then we must first display this within ourselves.

*If we want our family members to observe modesty in front of the creation and the Creator of the universe, then we must first develop this quality within ourselves and create a modest environment.

Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, Maulana Ilyas Attar Qadiri دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ states: ‘environment and upbringing play a massive role in the development of modesty. Modesty is further beautified in the case of one finding a modest environment. Whereas, the company of immodest people destroys the purity of the eyes and the heart and makes one immodest, and then a person indulges in countless immoral and impermissible acts. This is because it is only modesty that prevents one from evils and sins; therefore, what will protect one from evils when modesty no longer exists?

There are many people who abstain from evils out of shame and the fear of being defamed. But those who do not care about a good reputation and defamation, such immodest people commit every sin out there, they break the barriers of morality and enter the field of immorality leading them to commit inhumane acts, but they feel no shame whatsoever.

Dear Islamic brothers, in order to increase modesty within ourselves, we must try to create a modest environment. One way of doing this is to create such an environment within our homes that others take benefit from its blessings as well. With wisdom, arrange dars of Faizan-e-Sunnat to be delivered in the house, and narrate parables of modesty from time to time in order to encourage the family members to adopt it. The ’19 points to create an Islamic environment at home’ stated by Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ at the end of the booklet ‘Pious deeds’ are an excellent guide in this regard.

Dear Islamic brothers! There is no doubt in the fact that our society has fallen deep into the storm of immodesty, gushing winds of obscenity and nudity are
