Book Name:Sharm O Haya Kesy Kehty Hain
Dear Islamic brothers, did you see that how modest Sayyiduna Umar Bin Abdul Aziz رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه was that he even observed modesty while talking about his underarm. Whereas now a days, there are a large number of people who recklessly utter immodest and obscene statements. They should take heed from the following saying of the Holy Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم:
The embodiment of modesty, the Holy Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated: ‘اَلْجَنَّةُ حَرَامٌ عَلٰی كُلِّ فَاحِشٍ اَنْ يَدْخُلَهَا’ i.e. Admittance into Paradise is Haraam upon every obscene converser. (Mawsu’ah Ibn-e-Abi Al-Dunya, vol. 7, p. 204, Hadith 325)
Sayyiduna Ibraheem Bin Maysarah رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه states: It is reported, ‘He who talks immodestly or obscenely on purpose will either be brought in the form of a dog or inside his stomach on the Day of Judgement.’ (Ihya-ul-‘Uyoon, vol. 1, p. 151)
