Khawājah Muin al-Din al-Chishti رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه

me, he does so in these words.”[1]

6. The alāt of intercession

اَللّٰہُمَّ  صَلِّ  عَلٰی  مُحَمَّدٍ  وَّ  اَنْزِلْہُ  الْمَقْعَدَ الْمُقَرَّبَ  عِنْدَكَ  یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ

The Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم stated, “My intercession becomes necessary (wājib) for whoever recites ṣalāt like this.”[2]

1. Good deeds for 1000 days

جَزَی  اللّٰہُ  عَنَّا  مُحَمَّدًا  مَا  ھُوَ  اَھْلُہٗ

Ibn Abbās رَضِىَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا reports that the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم declared, “Seventy angels write good deeds for a thousand days for whoever recites this.”[3]

2. An easy way to spend every night in worship

The Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, “Whoever recites this supplication three times at night; it is as though he found Laylat al-Qadr.”[4]

لَاۤ   اِلٰهَ   اِلَّا  اللّٰهُ  الْحَلِيْمُ  الْكَرِيْمُ

سُبْحٰنَ  اللّٰهِ  رَبِّ  السَّمٰوٰتِ  السَّبْعِ   وَ  رَبِّ  الْعَرْشِ  الْعَظِيْم
