then it is referring to the Tabi’een رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـه, who were present in the time of the Sahabah رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُم, and then the Tab-e-Tabi’een رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـه, who were around in the time of the Tabi’een رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـه; one can clearly understand the excellence of the Tabi’een from this.

Remember! After the noble Sahabah رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُم, the Tabi’een رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـه are those blessed individuals who spread Islam far and wide through their character and conduct, who disseminated knowledge, who strived wholeheartedly in upholding the truth and fulfilled the right of leading the people. Our Imam-e-A’zam Abu Hanifah رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه is from these Tabi’een also; Imam-e-A’zam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه had the honour of meeting 7 noble companions رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُم of the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. Imam-e-A’zam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه has also mentioned the names of those companions رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُم, which includes, Sayyiduna Anas Bin Malik, Sayyiduna Jabir Bin Abdullah, Sayyiduna Ma’qal Bin Yasaar and Sayyiduna Wasilah Bin Asqa’ رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُم. Let us hear about the status of Imam-e-A’zam’s knowledge:

Acknowledgments of his skills

Besides being a great jurist and Hadith scholar himself, Imam-e-A’zam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه was the Imam of many scholars of Hadith and jurists. There is mention of many such issues which could not be solved by great Hadith scholars but were solved by him instantly, with the abilities that were bestowed on him by Allah Almighty. When major scholars and Muftis would see his Fatawa, they were left amazed and they were compelled to say: We cannot even reach the door to the city of knowledge which Imam-e-A’zam Abu Hanifah رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه is in. Let us listen to the sayings of five great personalities in relation to Imam-e-A’zam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه:

1.   The great Hadith scholar, Sayyiduna Abdullah Bin Mubarak رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه, who is known as Ameer-ul-Mumineen in Hadith and
