3.   The Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated: ‘The fasting of Ramadan and the fasting of three days in each month removes the defect of the chest.’ (Musnad Imam Ahmad, vol. 9, p. 36, Hadees 23132)

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

The Human Resources Department (Majlis-e-Ijarah)

سُـبْحٰـنَ الـلّٰــه Fasting is an excellent act of worship. It is a compilation of the blessings of this world and the hereafter, and the one who fasts receives many of its blessings. If we also wish to attain these blessings, then we too should gain the honour of fasting in the month of Safar and the other months.

اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه The mindset to observe voluntary fasts is given extensively in Dawat-e-Islami, which is the Madani movement of the Prophet’s devotees. Some of the devotees who are associated with this organisation are punctual in observing voluntary fasts. Make a concerted effort to attach yourself to the Madani environment of Dawat-e-Islami and gain the company of these devotees of the Prophet.

اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه Dawat-e-Islami is serving the religion in over 108 departments worldwide. The Human Resources Department (Majlis-e-Ijarah) is also one of these departments. اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه there are hundreds of thousands of Islamic brothers and Islamic sisters associated with the Madani environment of Dawat-e-Islami who serve the religion without pay for the sake of Allah Almighty.

As Dawat-e-Islami is such a large organisation, it has some departments in which the need for employees cannot be overlooked. For example, Jami’ah-tul-Madinah, Madrassa-tul-Madinah, Madani Marakiz, Madani Channel, etc. Therefore, in order to assess the work and capability of these employees and provide a solution to their problems in accordance with Shari’ah, the Human Resources Department was established. May Allah Almighty grant this department further success. اٰمین
