Book Name:Blessings of Safar ul Muzaffar
Almighty descends in the days and evenings of other months, so too does it descend in every moment of Safar-ul-Muzaffar.
However, if someone remains occupied in disobeying Allah Almighty in this month and then experiences some difficulty, then this could be the ill-omen of his sins as opposed to this having some sort of link with this month.
This view has been mentioned in Ruh-ul-Bayan where it states: ‘It is incorrect to consider Safar-ul-Muzaffar or any month and time as ill-omened. All the time has been created by Allah Almighty, and the actions of people occur in it. The time in which a believer is occupied in the obedience of Allah Almighty is a blessed time. And the time in which someone disobeys Allah Almighty is a time of misfortune for that person. In reality, real ill-omen lies in sins.’ (Tafseer Ruh-ul-Bayan, Part 1, At-Tawbah, Taht-ul-Ayah 37, vol. 3, p. 428)

How should Safar-ul-Muzaffar be Spent?
Dear Islamic brothers, the month of Safar is also blessed like the other months of the year, and so just like the other months, it should also be thought of as blessed. Therefore, abstain from committing sins in this month and perform abundant good actions. Make arrangements for voluntary fasts; perform voluntary prayers, recite Zikr and Salat upon the Prophet in abundance; and act upon the Aurad-o-Wazaaif and invocations reported from the pious predecessors رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـه. By virtue of this, you will attain many blessings اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه.
