* Allah Almighty will recompense them with good in this world and the Hereafter.
* They (i.e. the virtuous deeds) will come in good and beautiful forms in the grave.
* They will become a source of comfort and ease in the grave.
* A person attains a good name amongst the people.
* They increase one’s lifespan.
* They are a means of protection and salvation in this world and the Hereafter.
* They will remain with a person until the resurrection.
* They will save a person from the terrors of the plains of resurrection.
* They will benefit in the scales of deeds.
* They will aid a person in crossing the Bridge of Siraat.
* They will become a means of a person entering Paradise and increasing his ranks therein.
O devotees of the Prophet! Now ask yourselves: Who is truly fortunate? Is the one who has a big family fortunate? Is the one who possesses lots of wealth fortunate, or is the one who spends his whole life doing virtuous deeds before entering the grave fortunate? Undoubtedly, every wise person will have no choice but to answer that the one who performs virtuous deeds is fortunate.
Who is truly fortunate? Who is truly successful? Let us listen to two verses of the Holy Quran in order to learn this:
