good forms and accompany them, and they will feel joyous when seeing them. (Siraat-ul-Jinan, vol. 10, p. 649)

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic brothers! Who are those fortunate people whose faces will be shining like the moon on Judgement Day, who shall be the recipients of Divine Mercy, who shall be in the shade of Allah Almighty’s throne when the people shall be facing the difficulties of accountability and those who shall neither fear nor grieve?

Shining faces

Sayyiduna Abu Idrees Khawlaani رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه said to Sayyiduna Mu’aaz Bin Jabal رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ: ‘I love you for the sake of Allah.’

Sayyiduna Mu’aaz Bin Jabal رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ said: ‘Congratulations to you! I heard the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم saying, ‘On the Day of Judgement, some people will be appointed chairs around the Divine Throne their faces will be shining like the moon on the 14^th night, the people will be concerned but they will have no worry, the people will be full of fear but they will not fear; they are the friends of the Merciful Lord they have no fear nor do they grieve.’ It was said: ‘O Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم! Who are they?’ He
صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said: ‘ھُمُ الْمُتَحَابُّوْنَ فِی اللّٰہِ, meaning, they love each other for the sake of Allah Almighty.’ (Qut-ul-Quloob, vol. 2, p. 364)

O devotees of the Prophet! How fortunate are those who love and meet each other only for the sake of Allah Almighty and they give others the call to righteousness and encourage them to stay away from sins. But alas! The situation is completely the opposite in some cases. For example:

*   Sometimes, people are seen quarrelling over personal and community issues, and sometimes they resort to physical violence on the basis of patriotism.

*   At times, business partners are seen arguing with each other, and at other times, the landlord and the tenants are seen fighting.
