pious and practising must Imam Aḥmad Razā Khān رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه have been for his murshid to say, “Aḥmad Razā brought a completely prepared and clear heart. He was only in need of spiritual link.”

سُـبْحٰـنَ الـلّٰــه May Allah grant us purity of heart for the sake of Imam Aḥmad Razā Khān رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه .

 اٰمِیْن بِجَاہِ النَّبِیِّ الْاَمِیْن صلَّی اللہ عَلَیْہِ واٰلہٖ وسلَّم  

A representative of Shaykh ꜤAbd al-Qādir al-Jīlāni رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه

Pir JamāꜤat ꜤAlī Shāh رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه is a famous Sayyid saint of Alipur, Pakistan. He is a descendant of Shaykh ꜤAbd al-Qādir Jīlāni رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه. Pir JamāꜤat ꜤAlī Shāh رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه stated, “One day, I was blessed with the vision of Shaykh ꜤAbd al-Qādir al-Jīlānī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه in a dream, and he said, ‘In India, my representative is Aḥmad Razā Khān.’”^[1]

Similarly, Miyān Sher Muḥammad Sharaqpūrī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه was once blessed with seeing Shaykh ꜤAbd al-Qādir Jīlāni رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه in a dream. Miyān Ṣāḥib رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه said “O my master! Who is your representative in the world in this age?”

Shaykh ꜤAbd al-Qādir Jīlāni رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه replied, “Aḥmad Razā Khān  رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه in Bareilly.”^[2]

Dear Islamic brothers, Imam Aḥmad Razā Khān is the representative of Shaykh ꜤAbd al-Qādir al-Jīlānī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه. This was not a hidden matter. Scholars and spiritual guides of the various spiritual orders also knew this. For this reason, they would direct people towards becoming murids of Imam Aḥmad Razā Khān رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه.
