Na Mehram Se Meljol Ka Wabal

Book Name:Na Mehram Se Meljol Ka Wabal

the disbelievers showed great respect towards him and referred to him as Sadiq and Ameen, the truthful and trustworthy. However, as soon as our Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم announced his Prophethood and began propagating the message of Islam openly, the very same disbelievers began to utter all kinds of disgusting statements regarding him, even going so far as cursing him and making attempts upon his blessed life.

May we be sacrificed upon the patience and unmatchable resolve of the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. He did not give up nor step back, rather, he exhibited the greatest display of patience ever seen on this earth, showing strength on a level nobody will ever match.

Keeping this in mind, when an Islamic sister is subject to any criticism, she should try to remain as patient as possible, and she should say to herself: ‘As long as I appeared fashionable and did not cover myself, nobody made fun of me, but as soon as I began veiling myself, I am being subjected to abuse. I thank Allah Almighty that He has granted me the opportunity of acting upon the Sunnah of being patient when facing injustice.’

Islamic sisters should never abandon patience, no matter how greatly they are tested. They should even avoid saying anything in response, except when Shari’ah has granted them permission to do so. It has been narrated in a Hadith Qudsi that Allah Almighty has stated: ‘O son of Adam! If you are patient upon the first stroke of calamity whilst seeking reward, I am not pleased with anything except Paradise as a reward for you.’ (Ibn Majah, vol. 2, p. 266, Hadith 1597)
