Book Name:Na Mehram Se Meljol Ka Wabal
he will continue to destroy himself with this disgusting habit. He will not stop there, however. His acts of evil will continue to increase, from simply looking, to engaging in fornication itself. Some even destroy their youth with their own hands, which is indeed heart-breaking and will result in huge regret for them.
If someone who misuses his eyes was to find out that somebody was looking at his mother, sister, wife or daughter, his respect for his family will cause him to berate and tell them off, or even physically attack them. So, when he himself looks at other women, why does he forget that this is someone’s mother, wife, sister, or daughter?
Dear Islamic brothers! We should strive to save ourselves from looking at Haraam, and encourage the female members of our household to observe a veil, in accordance with the rulings of Islam. Veiling is of utmost necessity for women, as uncovering has proven to be a means of great harm. One of the main reasons behind immodesty and tribulations becoming prevalent in our society is a lack of observing proper veiling.
Some unfortunate women, who consider themselves free-minded and modern, think of the veil as restrictive and oppressive. They even consider the veil to be severely inappropriate, مَعَاذَ اللہ. Such people should know that the veil is not oppression, but a mercy. Veiling protects the honour of a woman, and it acts as a shield for her. In the end, it is enough for a Muslim to know that Allah Almighty has ordered women to cover themselves.
In the 22nd Juz of the Holy Quran, in verse 59 of Surah al-Ahzaab, Allah Almighty states:
یٰۤاَیُّهَا النَّبِیُّ قُلْ لِّاَزْوَاجِكَ وَ بَنٰتِكَ وَ نِسَآءِ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ یُدْنِیْنَ عَلَیْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلَابِیْبِهِنَّؕ-
O Prophet, command your wives, and your daughters, and the women of the Muslims to keep their faces covered with a part of their shawls;
