Book Name:Naik Amaal Raahe Nijaat
Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم: ‘The most superior Salah after obligatory Salah, is the Salah offered during the night.’ (Muslim, p. 591, Hadith 1163) * There is also one Pious Deed about the ‘Awwabeen Nawafil” offered after Maghrib Salah. In its virtue, it is said, ‘One who recites six (6) Rak’aat after Maghrib in such a way that he does not say anything bad in between them, then these six Rak’aat will become equal to twelve (12) years of worship. (Ibn-e-Majah, vol. 2, p. 45, Hadith 1167) * The Pious Deed regarding the offering of ‘Chasht Nawafil’ is also a source of attaining enormous virtue. The Noble Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said: “Allah Almighty says: ‘Oh son of Aadam! Do not become incapable of offering four Rak’aat at the beginning of day, I will be sufficient for you until the end of the day.’ (As-Sunan-ul-Kubra, vol. 1, p. 177, Hadith 468) * Acting upon the Pious Deed regarding refraining from telling lies, is also a means of attaining a home in Paradise. The Holy Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم stated: ‘Whosoever finishes a dispute despite being right, I guarantee him a home on the edge of Jannah, and I guarantee a home in the middle of Jannah for the one who abandons lying, even if he lies in jest, and I guarantee a home in the higher ranks of Jannah for the one who has good character.’ (Abu Dawood, vol. 4, p. 332, Hadith 4800) * To act upon the Pious Deed regarding refraining from backbiting is a means of attaining the blessed proximity of the Holy Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.
Our Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has also stated: ‘Whoever had reduction in his wealth and larger number of family members, and his Salah was good and did not backbite Muslims, when he will come on the Day of Judgement, he will be with me like these two fingers.’ (Majma’-uz-Zawaid, vol. 10, p. 449, Hadith 17868) * Acting upon the Pious Deed regarding learning and teaching the Holy Quran in Madrassa-tul-Madinah for adults, is also a great privilege. The Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated: ‘Undoubtedly, there are some chosen people of Allah Almighty amongst the people.’ The honourable Companions رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهُم humbly asked: ‘Oh Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم! Who are
