فَاعْفُوْا وَ اصْفَحُوْا

so leave and overlook (them)

[Kanz-ul-Iman (translation of Quran)] (Part 1, Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 109)

The Blessed and Beloved Messenger صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated: ‘The one who suppresses anger though he has the power to implement it, Allah Almighty will fill his heart with His pleasure on the Judgment Day.

اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه! Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـه not only persuades others to forgive, but he also forgives others himself regarding his personal matters. Moreover, in order to express the blessings of Allah Almighty on him, he says: اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه, I do not have the passion for revenge. May we also succeed in avoiding feeling angry unnecessarily, becoming emotional and taking revenge for ourselves!

اٰمِيۡن بِجَاهِ النَّبِيِّ الۡاَمِيۡن صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                                                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Similarly, in the Pious Deed no. 30, Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـه persuaded to develop the habit of spreading Salam: Today, while going to the office/work or returning home, in the bus, train etc. have you said salaam to Muslims? Similarly, while passing through streets, have you said salaam to the Muslims who were sitting or standing on the way?

The best action of Islam

Imagine the beauty and quality of Salam from the fact that Salam is the best action of Islam. Moreover, a person said Salam as if he gave donation. Salam is also a source of forgiveness for sins and a way to Jannah. A person humbly asked the Noble Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, ‘What is the best action of Islam?’ He صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, ‘Giving food and saying Salam to every Muslim whether you know him or not.’ (Bukhari, vol.
