اٰمِیْن بِجَاہِ النَّبِیِّ الْاَمِیْن صلَّی اللہ علیہ واٰلہٖ وسلَّم
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Dear Islamic brothers! We were hearing about the rights of the people. Remember! Just as a boss should treat his employees with love and compassion, similarly, a teacher should treat his students with love and compassion also. Constantly rebuking and shouting will cause fear to enter their hearts, but there is a risk that the respect and honour of the teacher will be removed from the hearts of the students. Therefore, a teacher should consider his students to be like his own children, he should show sympathy towards them, he should visit them if they fall ill, he should try to fulfil their permissible needs and resolve their issues, he should appreciate them upon their success, and if they fail, instead of bringing them down, he should encourage them to study harder, he should make attempts to create fear of Allah and love of the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم within them, and he should guide them through his actions more than his words. Moreover, from time-to-time, he should tell them of the virtues of religious knowledge in order to increase their passion.
Compassion towards the weak and poor
Similarly, a Muslim should treat the poor, helpless and destitute with kindness, and alongside helping them in difficulty, one should try to pay for their upkeep if possible, and treat them with love and compassion.
Compassion towards younger siblings
Likewise, elder siblings should fulfil the rights of their younger siblings by being compassionate towards them. Upon the passing of the parents, they should bring up their younger siblings, train them well, fulfil their necessities
