treat them kindly, do not consider them to be inferior, avoid cold behaviour and swearing, give their wages at the appointed time, do not decrease their wages without any Shar’i reason, visit them when they fall ill and assist them in their treatment etc.
Dear Islamic brothers! In order the give the devotees of the Prophet the mindset of fulfilling the rights of people, the religious movement of Dawat-e-Islami encourages the devotees of the Prophet to travel in the Madani Qafilahs, because many people have developed a mindset of fulfilling the rights of people after travelling in Madani Qafilahs.
اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه, what can be said about those who travel in the way of Allah Almighty! Therefore, if you also wish to attain the mindset of fulfilling the rights of the people, then make it your habit to travel in the Madani Qafilahs.
اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه! The religious movement of the devotees of the Prophet, Dawat-e-Islami, is busy in spreading the call to righteousness through approximately 109 departments all around the world; one of these departments is known as ‘Shu’bah Madani Qafilah.’
The task of this department is that in order to propagate the message of the Masajid enlivening religious movement, Dawat-e-Islami, throughout the globe, every Islamic brother should travel in the 12-month Madani Qafilah at least once in a lifetime, for one month in every 12 months, and for 3 days every month in accordance to the schedule, and they should become those who spread the call to righteousness.
Under this department, countless Madani Qafilahs of the devotees of the Prophet travel to various countries, cities and villages in order to learn and spread the Sunnahs; they spread religious knowledge, Sunnah, and the call to righteousness.
