The dearest to Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ amongst you is the person who eats less

Description

the Prophet of Raḥmaĥ, the Intercessor of Ummaĥ صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated, ‘The dearest to Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ amongst you is the person who eats less and has a lean body.’ (Al-Jāmi’-uṣ-Ṣaghīr, pp. 20, Ḥadīš 221)
