Life Is Silently Slipping Away

Book Name:Life Is Silently Slipping Away

2. With a single breath, by performing a virtuous deed, we can attain closeness to Allah Almighty.

3. In a single breath, by reciting سُبْحَانَ الله، الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ، اللهُ أَكْبَر, we can have trees planted for us in Paradise.

4. In a single breath, by reciting ṣalāt, we can earn ten good deeds, have ten sins forgiven, and be elevated by ten ranks.

Once this breath ceases and we descend into the grave, this opportunity will come to an end. At that moment, we will wish to be sent back to the world, but no respite will be given. Therefore, while we are still alive and have been granted the blessing of a new year, this is not the time for heedlessness, but rather something to express gratitude for.

After a short while, he came out again, and this time he took the Companion who was martyred a year earlier and admitted him into Paradise.
