Book Name:Life Is Silently Slipping Away
everlasting life and remains entangled in striving to beautify this fleeting life.[1]
Dear Islamic brothers! Indeed, this is the absolute truth. Worldly worries have enveloped us to the extent that we find no time to think about the Hereafter. Unfortunately, our heedlessness has led to every moment being spent with concern for earning the world, while the thought of earning Paradise, improving the Hereafter, and arranging light for the grave rarely crosses our minds.
Pause for a moment and think about how brief life in this world is. Who knows—tonight may be the final night of our lives. Who knows—perhaps in the next moment, the Angel of Deathعَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام may arrive, and we will not live to see the next day.
In any case, even if we were to live for a hundred years, one day death will inevitably arrive. We will leave this world, descend into the grave leaving behind everything we earned, and reap the consequences of our deeds.

“Indeed, day and night are two treasures; so reflect on where you are spending these treasures.”[2]
