Book Name:How To Spend Days And Nights?
would get up and start pacing around the house. She would say to herself, “RābiꜤah! What kind of sleep is this? What pleasure is there in it? Leave it and sleep peacefully for a long time in the grave. You may not have had much sleep today, but you will sleep well tonight. Be courageous and please your Lord.”
In this way, she spent 50 years without ever resting on a bed or placing her head on a pillow until she passed away.[1]
اللہ اکبر! Dear Islamic brothers! Reflect on this! How beautifully and with what great steadfastness these righteous servants of Allah Almighty would spend their days and nights performing good deeds. But what about us, our nights pass by in heedless sleep and our days pass by in the works of this temporary world. We have no concern for the grave or the Hereafter, and we do not do any deeds that please Allah Almighty!

And We made the night and the day two signs, then We erased the sign of the night and made the sign of the day visible that you may seek the Grace of your Lord,[2]
This verse reveals that the night and day are two signs of Allah Almighty. Allah
