9. The heads (nigrans) of every area should organise a Sunnah-inspired gathering in different masjids daily for 12 days. These gatherings can be held in houses, shops, markets and educational institutions too.
10. Perform ghusl with good intentions on the 11th night of RabīꜤ al-Awwal or during the day on the 12th. Make an intention of honouring the Eid of Eids by buying a new cap, turban (Ꜥimāmah), miswāk, fragrance, clothes, pen, etc. (It is recommended to perform ghusl before participating in religious gatherings. For more information, refer to page 63 of Laws of Salah).
11. Spend the 12th night of RabīꜤ al-Awwal in the Mawlid gathering and welcome the dawn of blessings, with flag in hand and tearful eyes whilst sending ṣalāt upon the best of creation صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. Embrace and congratulate one another after the Fajr prayer and continue doing this throughout the day.
12. The final Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم commemorated his birth by fasting on Mondays. So, fast on the 12th of RabīꜤ al-Awwal, participate in the Mawlid procession carrying a flag and stay in ablution for as long as possible. Recite Prophetic odes, and send as much ṣalāt as you can upon the beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. Keep your gaze lowered as you walk and do not give people the opportunity to point fingers and criticise you due to any inappropriate action. (During the procession, the responsible Islamic brothers should only chant those slogans, or play only those Prophetic odes which have been issued by the Central Executive Committee (Majlis-e-Shura).)
