And had Allah increased the sustenance for all of His bondsmen, so they would have definitely caused turmoil in the earth, but He sends down (the sustenance) with a set measure as much as He wills. Indeed, He is Well Aware of His bondmen, He sees them.

[Kanz-ul-Iman (translation of Quran)] (Part 25, Surah Al-Shoora, Verse 27)

It says in Tafseer Siraat-ul-Jinan: In this verse, Allah Almighty has explained the wisdom of making some people poor and some rich, so it was said: If Allah Almighty had expanded the provision for all His servants, they would have spread corruption in the earth, because if Allah Almighty decreed the same sustenance for all then it would have been possible for people to become intoxicated in their wealth and rebellious, and it would also be possible that if nobody is dependent on anyone else then the necessities of life could not be fulfilled, such as cleaning up waste, no one will be willing to do it, no one will be willing to transport goods, no one will work hard in construction, so every intelligent person can easily understand the deterioration that will be created in the system of the world. (Tafseer Siraat-ul-Jinan, Part 25, Surah Al-Shoora, under the verse 27, vol. 9, p. 64)
