Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat ‘Allamah Maulana Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadiri Razavi دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـه is the founder of Dawat-e-Islami – a global and non-political religious movement for the preaching of Quran and Sunnah. By casting a ‘spiritual glance’, he has caused a Madani revolution in the lives of millions of Muslims, especially youths.

bestowed upon him Khilafat in the four Spiritual Orders,
e.g. Qadiriyyah, Chishtiyyah, Naqshbandiyah and
Suharvardiyyah as well as permission of books and Ahadees etc. Furthermore,
successor and son of Sayyidi Qutb-e-Madinah, Honourable, Shaykh Fazl-ur-Rahman
Ashrafi granted him Khilafat and other specific permissions. Many other
scholars and Sheikhs of the Islamic world have bestowed upon him Khilafat.)
