3.It is a good deed to greet the Muslims present, no matter how many times you meet them in a day, or how often you move from one room to another.

4.Initiating salam is a Sunnah.

5.The one who says salam first is close to Allah Almighty.

6.It is virtuous to be first in offering salam, as the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said: The one who initiates salam is free from pride.”[1]

The remaining sunan and etiquettes of greeting will be explained in the training circles. Therefore, please participate in them.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

The 6 Duroods and 2 Du’as that are recited in the Sunnah-inspiring weekly Ijtima’ (congregation) of Dawat-e-Islami:

1. The Durood for the night preceding Friday

اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ  وَ سَلِّمْ  وَبَارِكْ  عَلٰی  سَیِّدِنَا   مُحَمَّدٍ  النَّبِیِّ  الْاُمِّیِّ  الْحَبِیْبِ الْعَالِی  الْقَدْرِ الْعَظِیْمِ الْجَاہِ   وَ عَلٰی   اٰلِہٖ  وَ صَحْبِہٖ  وَ سَلِّمْ

The saints of Islam have quoted that whoever recites this Durood at least once on the night preceding Friday [the night between Thursday and Friday] on a regular basis will be blessed with the vision of the Beloved and Blessed Rasool
