proper manner, whilst keeping in mind the relative sunan, etc.

A way of gaining blessings in livelihood
One of the best ways of gaining blessings in one’s livelihood is for a person to offer salah calmly, with humility, and whilst fulfilling its wājibāt and Sunan actions.[2]
The TābiꜤī, Muslim b. Yasār رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه, offered salah with such focus that he would be completely unaware of what was occurring around him. Once, a fire broke out near him, but he did not even realise this as he was busy offering salah. This continued until the fire was extinguished.[3]
May Allah Almighty grant us the ability to offer Salah with humility and focus. As for how we can do this and what we must do beforehand, Mawlana Ilyas Attar al-Qadiri دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْexplained this in his book: Blessings of Salah.
