Madani pearls of tawakkul and qanāah

Dear Islamic brothers! As the speech comes to an end, let us now discuss some points regarding tawakkul (relying on Allah) and qanāʿah (contentment with what has been given).

First, let’s begin with two hadith of Allah’s Messenger صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم:

1   Qanāʿah is a never-ending treasure.[1]

2   Without doubt, successful is he who accepted Islam, was given sustenance enough to suffice him, and was also granted qanāʿah upon what Allah granted him.[2]
