of this. Her undivided attention and excellent memory also had a great role to play. Apart from fiqh rulings and medical knowledge, she also had the highest level of competence in regards to understanding Quran and Hadith.

For this reason, whenever the honourable Companions رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْـهُم required help in understanding a ruling, or they required further help in regards to the meaning of verses in the Quran, they would ask the mother of the believers, Sayyidatuna ‘Aaisha Siddiqa رَضِیَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهَا. This was because they knew that she had special closeness to the beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم and was the most competent from amongst all the blessed wives of the Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم in regards to fiqhi rulings and understanding the Quran.

Without any shadow of doubt, she attained all of these blessings and qualities solely due to being in the company of the final Prophet of Allah صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. By virtue of this, she was granted matchless pearls of knowledge across many subjects and arts.  She even possessed vast knowledge concerning the cause of revelation behind verses of the Quran, as well as the matters of Hajj etc., and she would mention them to the blessed Companions رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْـهُم in an exceptionally elegant manner.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                                            صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic brothers! An undeniable truth is, different types of flowers have different types of appeal, beauty, fragrance and benefits. Every one of them refreshes the heart and mind. Surely, no one can deny the importance of these flowers, but bearing all this in mind, the rank held by the rose flower is not matched by any other. Due to its beauty, attractiveness and everything else, it maintains the highest position above all other flowers, despite all other flowers also being beautiful. In the same way, the mothers of the believers رَضِیَ اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَنْہُنَّ possess higher stations of greatness than other women in regards to status, rank, understanding, wisdom and every other matter.  The mothers of the believers رَضِیَ اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَنْہُنَّ are all saints of the highest rank and possess amazing qualities. They are a true reflection of knowledge and practice, and the mothers of the ummah.
