اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ وَ الصَّلٰوۃُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلٰی سَیِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ ط

اَمَّا بَعْدُ فَاَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ الرَّجِیْمِ ط  بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّ حِیْم ط

Scholarly grandeur of Sayyidatuna ‘Aaisha رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنۡهَا

 

اَلصَّلٰوۃُ وَ السَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا رَسُولَ اللہ                                                         وَعَلٰی اٰلِكَ وَ اَصْحٰبِكَ یَا حَبِیْبَ اللہ

اَلصَّلٰوۃُ وَ السَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا نَبِیَّ اللہ                                                                       وَعَلٰی اٰلِكَ وَ اَصْحٰبِكَ یَا نُوْرَ اللہ

نَوَيۡتُ سُنَّتَ الۡاِعۡتِكَافِ

Translation: I have made the intention of Sunnah I’tikaf.

Whenever you enter a Masjid, upon remembering, make the intention of Nafl I’tikaf because as long as you stay in the Masjid you will keep obtaining the reward of Nafl (supererogatory) I’tikaf, and eating, drinking and sleeping will also become permissible for you in the Masjid.

Excellence of reciting Salat-‘Alan-Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ narrates that the final Prophetصَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم   said:

مَنْ اَدْرَکَ شَہْرَ رَمَضَانَ وَلَمْ یَصُمْہُ فَقَدْ شَقِیَ وَمَنْ اَدْرَکَ وَالِدَیْہِ اَوْ اَحَدَہُمَا فَلَمْ یَبِرَّہُ فَقَدْ شَقِیَ ،وَمَنْ ذُکِرْتُ عِنْدَہُ فَلَمْ یُصَلِّ عَلَیَّ فَقَدْ شَقِیَ

“Ill-fated is the one who attains the month of Ramadan but does not fast. Ill-fated is the one who has his parents or one of them, but does not observe good conduct with them, and ill-fated is the one in whose presence I am mentioned, but he does not recite Salat upon me.”[1]

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                                            صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
