Before accepting Islam, Ameer-ul-Mu`mineen Sayyiduna ‘Umar Farooq-e-A’zam رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ would severely oppose those who would become believers. The sister of Sayyiduna ‘Umar رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ, (Sayyidatuna Fatimah Bint-e-Khattab رَضِیَ الـلّٰـهُ عَنْهَا) and her husband, Sayyiduna Sa’eed Bin Zayd رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ, became Muslims at the beginning of Islam, but they concealed their Islam out of his fear.
