1.         it is contrary to the law to cross railway tracks. Abide by these laws, especially at stations.

2.         Walk for 45 minutes doing Zikr and reciting Salat-‘Alan-Nabi every day with the intention of gaining strength to worship. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, you will remain healthy. A better way of walking is to walk at a fast pace for the first 15 minutes, medium pace for next 15 minutes and then fast again for the last 15 minutes. In this way, the whole body will be exercised. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ. The digestive system will function properly, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ; you will be safe from countless diseases including heart-related ones.

 

To learn various Sunan, obtain the following books, Bahar-e-Shari’at part 16 comprising of 312 pages and Sunnatayn aur Adaab, comprising of 120 pages, both published by Maktaba-tul-Madinah, the publishing department of Dawat-e-Islami. One of the best ways to learn Sunan is to travel in the Madani Qafilahs of Dawat-e-Islami with the lovers of the Beloved Prophet.
