so might face difficulty in the beginning, but gradually it will become their habit and they will see its blessings
themselves, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ.
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Dear Islamic brothers! At the end of the speech, I would like to mention
the excellence of Sunnaĥ as well as some Sunan and manners. The Prophet of Raḥmaĥ, the Intercessor of Ummaĥ صَلَّى
اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said, ‘He who loved my Sunnaĥ loved me and he who
loved me will be with me in the Paradise.’
(Mishkāt-ul-Maṣābīḥ, vol. 1, pp. 55, Ḥadīš 175)

Pearls of wisdom regarding sleeping and waking
1. Dust your bedding properly before using it for sleeping in order to remove harmful insects etc., if there is any.
2. Recite the following Du’ā before sleeping:
اَللّٰھُمَّ بِا سْمِكَ اَمُوْتُ وَ اَحْیٰ
Translation: O
Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ! I die and live with Your name (i.e. sleep and wake up).
