Piebald Horse Rider

After slaughtering the sacrificial animal, if a living baby comes out of the sacrificed animal’s abdomen, that baby (of the sacrificed animal) should also be slaughtered. Its meat can be eaten. If it is dead, it should be buried as it is carrion. (Baĥār-e-Sharī’at, vol. 3, pp. 348) (The Qurbānī is valid and there is no disgust in eating the meat of the sacrificed animal even if a dead baby comes out of it.)

If the sacrificer gets someone else to slaughter the animal and also places his own hand on the knife at the time of the Qurbānī so that they jointly slaughter the animal, then reciting بِسۡـمِ اللّٰهِ is Wājib for both of them in this case.       If either of them does not recite بِسۡـمِ اللّٰهِ deliberately or misses it assuming that the other may have recited بِسۡـمِ اللّٰهِ, the animal will not be alāl in both these cases. (Durr-e-Mukhtār, vol. 9, pp. 551)

adr-ush-Sharī’aĥ, Badr-u-arīqaĥ, ‘Allāmaĥ Maulānā Muftī Amjad ‘Alī A’amī عَـلَيْهِ رَحْـمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ الۡـقَـوِی has stated that there are four veins which are to be cut during the slaughter.
