Bughz-o-Keena | Malice And Hatred
demands from us to keep one’s tongue under control and to avoid abusive language towards them. But unbelievers, apostates and Munāfiqīn among them must be condemned. As you know that Abū Laĥab was an Arab, nevertheless, a complete Sūraĥ (chapter) ‘Sūraĥ Laĥab’ is present in the Glorious Quran in condemnation of Abū Laĥab. Anyhow, if you have been personally hurt by any Arabs, now then, be patient. Of course, all Arabs have not turned nasty because of that person. To have love for the Arabs, it is enough for us all as the slaves of Mustafa Karīm صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم that our dearest master the Beloved and Blessed Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is an Arab.
Ĥāye kis waqt lagī pĥāns alam kī dil mayn
Kay baĥut dūr raĥay khār-e-mughīlān-e-‘Arab
(Ḥadāiq-e-Bakhshish, pp. 60)
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Feeling hatred towards a scholar and knowledge will result in devastation
The Prophet of Raḥmaĥ, the Intercessor of the Ummaĥ صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said, ‘اُغۡدُ عَالِمًا اَوۡ مُتَعَلِّمًا اَوۡ مُسۡتَمِعًا اَوۡ مُحِبًّا وَلَا تَكُنِ الۡخَامِسَةَ فَتَهۡلِكَ’ Be a scholar or a student, or a listener to a religious discussion, or be the one who has love for knowledge and do not be the fifth one (i.e., the one who has feelings of hatred towards a scholar and knowledge) which will bring you destruction.’ (Al-Jāmi’-uṣ-Ṣaghīr, pp. 78, Ḥadīš 1213)
He is spiritually ill with filthy inner self who bears malice against a religious scholar for nothing
A’lā Ḥaḍrat, Imām-e-Aĥl-e-Sunnat, Maulānā Shāĥ Imām Aḥmad Razā Khān عَـلَيْهِ رَحْمَةُ الـرَّحْمٰن has said in his book Fatāwā Razawiyyaĥ volume 21, page 129:
