Mix few pieces of ginger or ginger powder and some raisins to the milk then boil it before drinking. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ it will control gas.
Asthma patients and people having phlegm should drink milk mixed with honey or dry dates or cardamom.
Buffalo milk is heavy and it is generally used for making butter and ghee. It causes phlegm, increases cholesterol and causes obesity. However, buffalo milk is considered the most powerful nutrition for those who can digest it.
Cow milk is lighter than buffalo milk and it gets digested early.
Cow milk also protects from cancer.
Goat milk is considered to be the best. It strengthens body, improves digestion and stimulates appetite.
Sheep milk carries warm-characteristics. It causes gas and constipation. It tastes salty, makes hair longer and reduces obesity but harms the eyes. Sometimes, it causes mouth blisters. We should avoid giving this milk to children.
