Khazanay Kay Ambaar | Hoards of Treasures
asked regarding Kasbi favours. (1) How were they obtained? (2) How were they spent? (3) What gratitude was expressed for them? The last two questions will be asked regarding Wahbi favours (i.e. favours obtained without personal efforts). (i.e., How were they spent? What gratitude was expressed for them?
In Tafseer Khaazin, Tafseer ‘Azeezi and Tafseer Ruh-ul-Bayan, etc., it is stated that the word ﴿اَلنَّعِيۡم﴾ mentioned in the above verse refers to the Beloved and Blessed Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. That is to say, we will be questioned as to whether we followed him. The Beloved and Blessed Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is in fact the fountainhead of all favours. All favours are divine mercies for one whose heart is illuminated with the love of the Beloved and Blessed Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, and unfortunately the heart which is empty of the love of the Beloved and Blessed Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, all favours for him are troubles. The wealth of Sayyiduna ‘Usman رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ was a mercy but that of Abu Jahl was trouble.
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Horrifying state of rich people on the Judgement Day
Amassing lawful wealth is not a sin, and declaring a wealthy person as a sinner, simply owing to his wealth is not permissible. If somebody has become wealthy by earning 100% lawful wealth and has spent it obeying Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ and His Beloved and Blessed
