to drink daily in the morning on empty stomach and at the time of sleeping; add other water into it, if needed. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, brain will work better. (Duration: Till the requisite result.)
Spiritual treatment for appendicitis
Recite Ayat-ul-Kursi 11 times and ﴿ یَا عَـظِـیْمُ ﴾ 7 times (with Salat-‘Alan-Nabi thrice before and after it) and blow onto a pinch of salt; put it into water and drink it. Do it thrice a day. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, appendix will go away.
Spiritual treatment for epileptic fit
Recite the following verses thrice and blow onto the patient. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, epileptic fit will stop:
بِسۡمِ اللّٰہِ ا لرَّ حۡمٰنِ ا لرَّحِیۡمِ
ا لٓـمّٓصٓ طٰسٓمّٓ کٓہٰیٰعٓصٓ یٰسٓ وَ ا لۡقُرۡ اٰ نِ الۡحَکِیۡمِ حٰمٓ عٓسٓقٓ نٓ وَ ا لۡقَلَمِ وَ مَا یَسۡطُرُ وۡنَ
