A two-day Sunnah-filled congregation is being organized by the Department of Education of Dawat-e-Islami at the Global Madani Markaz Faizan-e-Madina, Karachi, on Saturday, 12 July 2025, at the national level. This ijtima will include scholars and researchers from various academic disciplines such as Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Geology, Religious Studies, History of Religions, Theology, Islamic Studies, and Science & Technology. Along with PhD scholars, individuals associated with the field of education will also take part.
Dawat-e-Islami, while deeply rooted in the religious propagation of the Qur’an and Sunnah, has also significantly inspired people in various professional and academic fields to embrace the timeless message of Islam and cultivate a life modeled on the Prophetic example. A living testimony to this is the far-reaching impact of Dawat-e-Islami’s religious activities, visible in most regions of the world.
When education, research, and the pursuit of worldly knowledge are guided by a mindset steeped in spirituality and the desire to follow the Sunnah, the blessings of Islam are naturally reflected in the process of learning and teaching. With this vision, the purpose of this conference is to promote piety, religious understanding, and the spread of sacred knowledge.
This congregation has been specially arranged for academicians, researchers, PhD doctors, university and college faculty, and students, under the platform of Dawat-e-Islami’s Department of Education, in the spiritually vibrant setting of Faizan-e-Madina, Karachi.
The gathering will also be graced by the presence of Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, Maulana Ilyas Qadri, a revered spiritual leader of the Muslim Ummah, whose teachings have revived the passion for Sunnah not only in the Muslim world but also across Europe, Africa, Australia, and other continents. Reflecting his vision, thousands of educational and welfare institutions have been established, including:
· Qur’an Institutes
· Madaris-ul-Madina
· Jamia-tul-Madina
· Dar-ul-Madina Islamic School System
· Various social welfare organizations
All of these initiatives aim to spread the teachings of the Qur’an and elevate the moral and spiritual lives of individuals.
The congregation will commence at 1:00 PM on Saturday, 12 July 2025, and continue until Sunday, 13 July 2025. You are encouraged to attend this spiritually enriching event, acquire religious knowledge, and, with the intention of spreading goodness, convey this message to others.
