FGRF (Faizan Global Relief Foundation) Launches Nationwide and International Tree Plantation Campaign

Trees act as natural protectors of our environment. They help reduce pollution caused by sudden changes in weather, serve as barriers against floods and storms, and maintain ecological balance. That’s why it is often said: without greenery, there is no beauty, brightness, freshness, or healthy environment.

The shortage of trees is intensifying environmental pollution and making life increasingly difficult. Due to deforestation, almost every region of the world is now experiencing unusual climate patterns, including storms, unseasonal rainfall, drastic weather shifts, floods, and a rise in climate-related illnesses.

To protect the atmosphere from the harmful effects of climate change and to green every corner of the country, the welfare department of Dawat-e-Islami, FGRF, has launched a tree plantation campaign with the support of the public. Building on the success of its previous plantation efforts, FGRF has begun practical steps in Pakistan and abroad to plant and nurture millions of trees and saplings.

Thick forests around cities, vibrant nurseries, and grafting of flowering branches will be part of this green initiative.
