Three-Day Scholarly, Reformative and Spiritual Ijtima Begins in Europe under Dawat-e-Islami

Dawat-e-Islami, the global movement dedicated to the propagation of the Quran and Sunnah, is organising a three-day Dawah, educational, reformative and spiritual Ijtima from 18 to 20 September 2026 at Newark Showground, Nottinghamshire, UK, with the aim of reviving the Sunnah of the Beloved Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

This Sunnah-filled Ijtima in the European region will serve as a means of spreading Islamic knowledge while also providing an opportunity for Muslims to engage in self-reformation and spiritual development. Through the tireless efforts of Dawat-e-Islami’s responsible members and volunteers in Europe, who have been engaged in preparations for the Ijtima for several days, Newark Showground is set to become a centre of Islamic learning, spiritual development and moral training for Muslims.

Devotees of the Beloved Messenger of Allah ﷺ residing in different countries and cities across Europe will participate in this three-day scholarly, reformative and spiritual Ijtima. From Pakistan, Muhammad Imran Qadri, Head of the Central Advisory Council (Nigran-e-Shura) of Dawat-e-Islami, representing the organisation’s Dawah, educational, reformative, welfare and spiritual services at an international level; Abdul Habib Attari, a prominent Dawat-e-Islami preacher and Director of Madani Channel; and Haji Khalid Attari, a member of the Shura from Europe, will also participate in the Ijtima.

The growing presence of Islamic values and traditions in public life through Sunnah-filled gatherings across Europe is a notable reflection of the appreciation for the religious services of Dawat-e-Islami, an international movement dedicated to the revival of the Sunnah through scholarly, spiritual and reformative efforts.

Under the far-sighted religious guidance of Muhammad Imran Qadri, Head of the Central Advisory Council (Nigran-e-Shura), along with the continuous Dawah efforts of other members of the Shura, the educational, Dawah, reformative and welfare message of Dawat-e-Islami is being conveyed effectively. Through these Dawah visits, continuous efforts are being made at individual and collective levels to nurture Islamic thought, develop positive mindsets and character, and promote self-reformation in accordance with the needs of the environment. Alongside these efforts, practical measures are also being taken to establish educational institutions and encourage people towards the path of Dawah.

Beginning on 18 September 2026, this three-day reformative and spiritual Ijtima in Europe will serve as a practical manifestation of Dawat-e-Islami’s ongoing religious efforts, educational and training activities, and its mission to revive the Sunnah.
