Special Series of Madani Muzakrah on the Virtues of the Companions and the Ahl al-Bayt at Faizan-e-Madinah (1st to 11th Muharram 1447 AH)

The first month of the Islamic calendar, Muharram al-Haram, holds great historical and spiritual significance in Islam. Every year, gatherings and events held during this month focus on the noble legacy of Karbala, the virtues of the Ahl al-Bayt, the honor of the noble Companions, and the sacrifices of the martyrs of Karbala for the dignity and preservation of Islam.

In line with this tradition, a special scholarly and spiritual series of Madani Muzakrah will be held from the 1st to the 11th of Muharram 1447 AH at the Global Madani Markaz Faizan-e-Madinah, Karachi. These sessions, rich in knowledge and grounded in authentic sources, will revolve around the great status of the Companions and the Ahl al-Bayt.

These discussions are honored by the presence of the eminent Islamic scholar, spiritual leader, eloquent preacher, and a source of guidance for countless people across the globe, Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, Hazrat Allama Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri (may Allah bless him with good health and well-being). From Thursday, 26th June 2025 onwards, every night during the first ten days of Muharram, the Madani Muzakrah will commence around 9:45 PM at Faizan-e-Madinah, focusing on the life, virtues, and sacrifices of Imam Hussain (may Allah be pleased with him), the beloved grandson of the Prophet ﷺ. These sessions will include detailed discussions on the events of Karbala, the noble character of Imam Hussain, and his unwavering stand for truth and justice, all supported by authentic historical narrations and Hadith.

These gatherings also serve as a means to revive the message of righteousness, promote the invitation toward good, and encourage traveling in the path of Allah to spread Islamic knowledge. Audiences benefit from a wide range of subjects and receive comprehensive answers to their questions based on the Qur’an and Sunnah.

Esteemed scholars and Muftis from Dar al-Ifta Ahl-e-Sunnat also participate in these sessions. Moreover, Nigran-e-Shura, Hazrat Maulana Imran Attari Qadri, also joins and engages in scholarly dialogue with Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat on various topics for the benefit of the audience.
