September 11, 2023, marks a historic moment that will reverberate across Pakistan
A special gathering of teachers associated with various universities, colleges, and schools across Pakistan will be held on 30 August 2026, after Isha prayer, at JNJ Banquet, Mirpurkhas Road, near Bahria College.
The gathering will feature Haji Imran Attari, Nigran of Dawat-e-Islami’s Central Shura, renowned Islamic scholar, and religious figure, as the special guest. He will deliver an insightful talk on the topic, “Our Responsibilities in the Light of the Teachings of the Last Prophet ﷺ.”
Islam places great importance on education and character-building. This is evident from the numerous teachings of the Noble Prophet ﷺ regarding the virtues of seeking knowledge and imparting it to others. Teaching and guiding people towards knowledge and righteousness were also important aspects of the mission of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
In the present era, it is essential for teachers, educators, mentors, lecturers, professors, and everyone associated with the education sector to understand the importance of acquiring knowledge, developing noble character, and promoting education and training in the light of the teachings of the Prophet ﷺ. In view of the importance of education and character-building and the needs of the modern era, this teachers’ gathering in Mirpurkhas is an important initiative in this regard.
Considering the challenges faced by the education system today and the responsibilities of teachers, Haji Imran Attari’s thought-provoking and insightful address is highly relevant. His talk will highlight the responsibilities of educators in the light of the teachings and noble example of the Prophet ﷺ.
