Portugal to Host Urs-e-Ala Hazrat Gathering with Special Address by Dawat-e-Islami's Chief Executive Haji Muhammad Imran Attari
A grand Urs-e-Ala Hazrat gathering will be held on Saturday, 8 August, at Masjid Ghausia, Portugal, to commemorate the blessed Urs of Imam Ahmad Raza Khan (Ala Hazrat).
The event will be graced by the presence of renowned Islamic scholar and religious leader Haji Muhammad Imran Attari, the Chief Executive (Nigran-e-Shura) of Dawat-e-Islami, who is visiting from Pakistan. He will deliver a special address highlighting the multifaceted personality of Imam Ahmad Raza Khan, focusing on his outstanding scholarly and juristic contributions, his profound love for the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and the practical manifestations of devotion to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
Dawat-e-Islami continues to render valuable religious, educational, spiritual, and welfare services across Portugal while also promoting the scholarly and intellectual legacy of Imam Ahmad Raza Khan. The teachings and ideology of Ala Hazrat are actively propagated by Dawat-e-Islami's preachers around the world. As a result, annual Urs-e-Ala Hazrat gatherings are organized during the month of Safar in countries where Dawat-e-Islami has established Islamic centres and educational institutions. These gatherings highlight various aspects of Imam Ahmad Raza Khan's life, including his scholarly achievements, intellectual legacy, educational services, juristic expertise, and his profound love and devotion to the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
