Head of the Central Shura to Embark on a Religious Tour of East Africa

From 9 July 2026, Muhammad Imran Qadri, an Islamic scholar and Head of the Central Shura of Dawat-e-Islami, the global non-political movement dedicated to the revival of Islamic values, will begin a religious tour of East Africa.

During the visit, he will travel to various countries and cities across East Africa, where he will participate in Dawat-e-Islami's religious gatherings, educational conferences, and award ceremonies recognizing outstanding students for their academic achievements. He will also invite non-Muslims to Islam through peaceful dialogue and the message of faith.

During his previous tour of East Africa, many non-Muslims embraced Islam through his preaching and religious efforts. To support these new Muslims, Haji Muhammad Imran Qadri has made special arrangements for their Islamic education and moral development through Dawat-e-Islami's religious and educational institutions. This upcoming tour is expected to further strengthen and expand these ongoing religious and educational initiatives across the region.

According to the tour schedule, the visit will begin in Uganda, where religious, educational, and welfare activities will take place from 9 to 11 July. From 12 to 17 July, he will be in Kenya, actively participating in Dawat-e-Islami's religious activities and addressing both individual and community gatherings to promote the message of righteousness and Islamic values.

From 18 to 20 July, he will continue his religious outreach in Tanzania, where he will remain engaged in spreading the message of Islam and encouraging people towards righteousness.

A delegation of Islamic brothers from Dawat-e-Islami South Africa will accompany the Head of the Central Shura throughout the East Africa tour.

With the noble intention of striving for your own reformation and contributing to the betterment of society, you are also invited to join the Caravan of Dawat-e-Islami for this blessed journey in the company of Maulana Muhammad Imran Attari.
