3-Day Madani Qafila (Muharram 1447)

Join Dawat-e-Islami’s 3-Day Madani Qafila during Muharram to spread the message of Karbala and highlight the significance of Ashura to Muslims around the world

On the 8th, 9th, and 10th of Muharram 1447 AH, travel in the path of Allah with the intention of conveying the message of Karbala—the message of Salah and the recitation of the Holy Qur’an—to Muslims across the globe. Join the Madani Qafila to offer rewards (Eesal-e-Sawab) for the martyrs of Karbala and present a tribute of love and devotion in the court of Sayyid al-Shuhada, Hazrat Imam Hussain   رضى الله عنه  .

With a firm resolve to spread the message of righteousness, gain the honor of traveling in the path of Allah, and reap the blessings of sending rewards to the pure Ahl al-Bayt (family of the Prophet ).

On an international level, Dawat-e-Islami’s preachers (Mubaligheen) travel in the path of Allah during these days to propagate righteousness, learn and teach Islamic knowledge, and practically guide others on Salah, Qur’an recitation, and the essential rulings of Islam (Fard Uloom).

These 3-day Madani Qafilas, purely for the pleasure of Allah, set out from Dawat-e-Islami’s religious centers all over the world, spreading the light of knowledge to dispel the darkness of ignorance.

For the past 44 years, Dawat-e-Islami’s Madani Qafilas have been traveling on the 8th, 9th, and 10th of Muharram to spread the call to righteousness, express love and devotion to the martyrs of Karbala, and offer Eesal-e-Sawab in their honor.

Devotees of the Ahl al-Bayt who travel in these Qafilas during the three sacred days of Muharram are remembered in the special prayers of Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, Hazrat Allama Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri, and are blessed with his heartfelt Duas.

On the night of 10th Muharram, the preachers and teachers who are traveling for the sake of spreading righteousness engage in worship, Qur’an recitation, and teaching and learning Islamic knowledge. They observe fasts on the Day of Ashura and, after Asr prayer, present their tribute of love in the court of the martyrs of Karbala.

After Fajr on the 8th of Muharram, all lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt are encouraged to join the 3-day Madani Qafilas of Dawat-e-Islami and earn a share in the blessed prayers of Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat.
